Community Engagement Panel

The Community Engagement Panel (CEP) is an advisory board made up of representatives of major community stakeholder groups that are more closely involved in the project than the public at large. The CEP serves several important functions including: representing a broad range of stakeholder groups, receiving information about the project and sharing it with constituencies; providing input to the project as the voice of key stakeholders; and in some cases, providing technical advice to the project team.

Over the course of the environmental process, the CEP met six times with the final meeting occurring on May 15, 2018. Meeting minutes and other documents associated with the CEP meetings can be found on the Documents and Links page.
