Airside Operations Assistant Manager

The Metropolitan Airports Commission has an opening for Assistant Manager, Airside Operations. Under the direction of the Duty Manager, manages the day-to-day airfield operation of Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP). The Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all non-Airport Rescue Fire Fighting (ARFF) aspects of Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Part 139. The Assistant Manager coordinates and oversees the appropriate Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) rules and policies that along with FAR Part 139 provide the basis for safe and efficient airfield operations.
 
Hours of Work:  40 hours per week; rotating shifts; subject to mandated overtime, recall, and weekend on-call; 24/7/x365 coverage, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
