Reporting to the Director of Strategic Marketing and Communications, this position is responsible for elevating passenger engagement at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) and the six Reliever Airports owned and operated by the Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC). This position leads the marketing elements of passenger engagement along with driving revenue through effective and efficient marketing and promotion of the concessions, parking and digital products designed with our passengers in mind.
This role is part of the Strategy + Stakeholder Engagement Division whose charter is to function as an in-house team serving as stewards of strategy, developing strategic communications and creating stakeholder champions to ensure the organization delivers on the purpose, values and focus areas.
The Strategic Marketing and Communications Department stewards a consistent brand voice, activates the brand to engage key constituents and supports revenue growth and passenger engagement through strategic campaigns grounded in research and analytics.
In addition to strategic leadership for passenger engagement marketing, this position is responsible for leading the Passenger Engagement Office, which consists of a team of individuals that interact with customers and passengers on a daily basis, 365 days a year. These insights combined with other research methods and tactics allow this position to drive revenue for the organization as well as enhance the MAC and MSP marketing, branding and engagement efforts through strategic alignment of marketing and communication tools and resources.
