Reporting to the Director of Strategic Marketing and Communications, this position is responsible for elevating passenger engagement at MSP and Reliever Airports by overseeing all points of passenger engagement and revenue marketing including concessions, parking, Passenger Engagement Assistants (PEAs) and having direct responsibility for the creation of digital marketing campaigns.
 
This role is part of the Strategy + Stakeholder Engagement Division whose charter is to function as an in-house team serving as stewards of strategy, developing strategic communications and creating stakeholder champions to ensure the organization delivers on its mission, vision and strategic goals.
 
The Strategic Marketing and Communications Department stewards a consistent brand voice, activates the brand to engage key constituents and supports revenue growth and passenger engagement through strategic campaigns grounded in research and analytics.
 
In addition to strategic leadership for passenger engagement marketing, this position is specifically responsible for enhancing the MAC/MSP’s marketing, branding and engagement efforts through integrated use of a variety of digital marketing and communication tools. Key duties include passenger engagement and revenue strategy development and implementation of digital marketing and communication tactics that span the full spectrum of digital.
