METROPOLITAN AIRPORTS COMMISSION ORDINANCE NO. 116
REPEAL OF ORDINANCE NO. 65
An Ordinance relating to the internal operations of the Commission to clarify the applicable rules of conduct.
Whereas, the Commission recognizes that State law in Chapter 1DA thoroughly regulates conflicts of interest and filing of statements of economic interest for MAC Commissioners, and therefore MAC Ordinance No. 65 is not needed.
Now therefore, the Metropolitan Airports Commission does ordain:
SECTION 1 - REPEALER
1.1 As of the effective date of this Ordinance, Ordinance No. 65 is repealed.
SECTION 2 - EFFECTIVE DATE
2.1 This Ordinance is effective May 6, 2013.
