2026 Concessions RFP Pre-Proposal Meeting

Attendance at this meeting, either virtually or in person, is required for any company or individual interested in submitting a proposal for the MSP Concession Opportunity. In‑person participation is strongly encouraged, as it provides valuable opportunities to present your concepts directly, engage with MAC staff, and network with fellow attendees during the social hour. These benefits are not available in the virtual format.

Parking will be complimentary at the InterContinental hotel parking ramp. Vouchers will be available at registration.
