The St. Paul Downtown Airport Advisory Council (DAAC) is comprised of appointed airport users and community representatives who reside in the Districts surrounding the airport. Meetings are held at St. Paul Downtown Airport Terminal Building 644 Bayfield Street, St. Paul.
Members of the public are welcome to attend DAAC meetings. During each meeting, there is time dedicated for public comment. Each speaker will have one opportunity to speak and is allotted three (3) minutes.
