MAC Facts: Meet the Fleet

To continue to provide our communities with an insight into aviation, the Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) has begun an exciting video series called Meet the Fleet.

This series gives viewers behind-the-scenes information about different aircraft types. The videos feature commentary from pilots sharing facts about specific aircraft, identifying characteristics, common routes flown and up-close footage of the fleet.

The first video in the series features the Canadair Regional Jet 900 aircraft which is currently the most flown aircraft at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP).

The second video in the series highlights the Airbus A220. As the newest commercial aircraft serving the MSP community, the A220 has many innovative features that increase passenger comfort while also reducing environmental impact that stems from commercial aviation.
