Kathy Megarry

Kathy was previously the Chief Labor Relations Officer at Hennepin County, where she managed the county’s relationship with 17 bargaining units representing 6,500 of Hennepin County’s 9,000 employees. Prior to that, she held leadership positions with Macy’s corporate and Marshall Field’s in the areas of human resources and labor relations.

She has a master’s degree in human resources, labor relations and law from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in management and professional writing from Hamline University.
