Integrated Operations

The Integrated Operations Department oversees the successful development and execution of a comprehensive integrated airport operations strategy. This includes ensuring optimized and integrated processes, descriptive and predictive operation analyses and planning services, overseeing Airside Operations, execution of a comprehensive training program that focuses on Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Part 139 compliance, drivers training, emergency management, operational integration of SMS safety tactics and maintaining employee technical skills.
