Chad Leqve joined the MAC in 2001 and has held numerous leadership roles related to airport operations.

Leqve has served as the MAC’s manager of Noise, Environment and Planning, and for five years was director of the MAC’s Environment Department, where he was involved in a wide variety of operational issues at the MAC’s seven airports, including airfield use challenges, aircraft procedure development and airspace optimization.

In 2018 Leqve was named vice president, management and operations for the MAC, where he works with senior MAC staff and stakeholders to ensure the operational efficiency of policies and programs at MSP International Airport and the six Reliever Airports.

Leqve holds a B.S degree from St. Cloud State University in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations, and is certified as a multi-engine private pilot.
