The Metropolitan Airports Commission also offers a cart program, which allows vendors to lease a cart, or a space to build your own kiosk, to better serve MSP’s diverse customer base.

The airport environment is different from that of a mall, as people are not necessarily here to shop; they are here to travel. However, our shops and restaurants provide our travelers and employees with some terrific and unique opportunities. The cart program is a key component of the airport’s retail offerings.

As part of the cart program, the MAC has developed an application process to make it easier and more affordable to operate a business at MSP. Click on the documents below to learn more.

If you are interested in operating a cart or kiosk at MSP, please fill out the Cart Leasing Application and submit it to Naquandra.Peterson@mspmac.org. We will notify you when a cart becomes available.
