Airlake Airport (LVN) - 2023 Annual Report

Located just south of the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area in Lakeville, Airlake Airport (LVN) mostly serves recreational fliers. The airport is also well-suited for business aviation, particularly for the many local businesses nearby. LVN saw a 1.1% increase in operations in 2023, with more than 38,000 takeoffs and landings. 

In July, visitors to LVN enjoyed the annual Lions Fly-In Breakfast as part of Lakeville's Pan-O-Prog festivities. The family-oriented event provided an opportunity for people of all ages to engage with the airport and aviation community in new ways. 

Investments

In 2023, MAC initiated an environmental assessment as a necessary step toward potential future runway rehabilitation or reconstruction at Airlake Airport. The environmental assessment is still in progress.
