Terminal 2 RFP

The Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) invites qualified firms to submit proposals for four batches of concessions at the Minneapolis - St. Paul International Airport (MSP).

This opportunity includes 8 units located at Terminal 2. 

Batch 1: 

  • A national-brand, quick serve burger restaurant
  • A national-brand, quick serve salad and sandwich restaurant
  • A coffee offering (pre-security)

Batch 2: 

  • A local or national-brand bar that also serves small plates
  • A local restaurant that also has a bar

Batch 3: 

  • Two nationally-branded coffee shops located post-security

Batch 4: 

  • A local or national-brand news and convenience store

Timing:

September 3, 2024 - The RFP is released to the public.

September 17, 2024 – Mandatory, in-person pre-proposal conference

September 23, 2024 - Questions regarding the RFP are due to the MAC.

December 9, 2024 – Proposals are due.

Terminal 2 is undergoing a 168,000-square-foot expansion to be completed in early 2027. The MSP concessions program has won numerous awards for concepts, design, management, customer service, leadership, and employee recognition.
