Benefits are an important part of your total compensation. At the Metropolitan Airports Commission, you will find comprehensive, quality benefit options available to you and your eligible dependents. Most of these benefits become available to you 30 days after your date of employment.

Part-Time Employees

Part-time employees are generally eligible for the entire benefits program on a pro-rated basis.

Provisional Status Employees

Provisional status employees are not eligible for benefits; however, they do participate in the Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA) pension plan.

Temporary Employees

Temporary employees are generally not eligible for benefits and do not participate in the PERA pension plan unless the length of the assignment extends past six months.
