Coordination

Effective design and construction coordination at MAC demands collaboration with key stakeholders, including Airport Planning, Environmental Affairs, the Grants department, and Building Officials. Early engagement with these groups ensures that design and construction align with the Long Term Comprehensive Plan (LTCP), which can be found here. The primary consultant must establish in close coordination with the Airport Development Project Manager a comprehensive stakeholder coordination plan, outlining all required entities and their roles in the process. This structured approach fosters alignment across departments, mitigates potential conflicts, and ensures that projects are executed efficiently.
